Job Summary:

We are preparing to open a new location in the Wayne Co/Ashland Co area. To do so we will need additional staff to help serve the area. Our anticipated date of opening will be contingent on hiring and getting people trained. If you are looking for a “job” this isn’t for you. We want people who see the higher purpose of what we do which is helping make communities safer by producing safer drivers. It is also worth mentioning that we believe many students need positive role models and, because of that, the idea that “you never know where you can plant a seed” is meaningful. Being a part of our team means that you understand that people have various learning styles, experiences, and attitudes.

Job Requirements

You will be required to possess, get, be competent with the following:

• Driver’s abstract
• BCI/FBI background check
• Training (primary instructor class is online); attend student sessions to observe and teach; observe/instruct in-car
• Computer literate/skilled
• Patient/nurturing (students are already nervous and we want them to be comfortable and at ease)
• Quick reflexes (yep, they are learning and sometimes you’ll need this)
• An understanding that parents want one thing, for their kids to return safely at the end of the day. It’s our objective to assure we do our part to make that happen.
