  • Job Description

    The PM/BA is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of assigned projects, which includes managing resources, setting timelines, meeting deadlines, communicating project status and adjusting project requirements as necessary. The PM/BA is responsible for analyzing current business operations to identify improvements and efficiencies, documenting current and end state business process solutions, providing support of the implementation, integration, and transition of business changes. This position will work collaboratively across the organization to assist with a selected portfolio of strategic projects which will include product development, sales operations planning, capital planning, and new business development.


    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Manage and monitor the activity of various projects and key strategic activities through the project lifecycle-types of projects and activities include (but are not limited to): process optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, and business analysis
    • Helps to identify, assess, and analyze business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
    • Actively tracks the financial health of key projects within the strategic business development pipeline
    • Develops, implements, and maintains sources of project information, and communicates and distributes appropriate information to team
    • Coordinates project tracking and reporting to both active team members, management, and senior leadership
    • Serves as advocate and change agent to implement recommended solutions with all impacted business operations
    • Provides excellent service and builds strategic client partnerships based on knowledge of their needs and by exceeding mutual expectations
    • Develops solutions and provide counsel to ensure effective decisions are reached by employing timely, rigorous, and logical analysis
    • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external groups to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues
    • Train cross-functional teams on project management software systems and project management principles

  • Job Requirements

    This position requires:

    • College degree with at least 5 years of project management experience and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across an organization
    • Strong prioritization management and resource management skills
    • Oracle or other ERP experience preferred
