    Type of Employment: Temp to hire

    Now Hiring Machine Operators! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!

    ****Rittman, OH***

    *This is a trainable position, no experience is required as long as you are willing to learn!*

    Shifts:

    7a-3p, Monday – Friday $15.00 per hour

    3p-11p, Monday – Friday $15.25 per hour

    11p-7a, Monday – Friday $15.50 per hour

    Job Duties: Machine makes the parts, drops them in front of you and you will be inspecting the parts, labeling them, scanning the barcode, and bagging/boxing them! Super easy work, but you must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.

    As a full-time team member, you would work 40 hours per week and overtime may be required but it is not often. We set industry standards in terms of pay and benefits.     As a machine operator, you can expect to be working on your feet the entirety of your shift near heavy machinery in a loud manufacturing environment. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature is limited. Indoor warehouse working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather.
