Seaman Corporation is seeking a part-time Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator to join our Operations team! This position will report to the Production Supervisor – 1st Shift in Wooster.

POSITION SUMMARY: Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the coordination and distribution of literature and sales tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Works under the direction of the Sales Support Specialist to create and distribute samples, brochures, advertising literature, and sales tools in a timely manner.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work independently to complete tasks with minimal direction.
  • Assists with all tasks related to assembly of samples.
  • Assists with preparation and shipment of sample orders to sales team and customers.
  • Prepares and ships materials for trade shows.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of promotional items.
  • Able to provide backup support/assistance to promotions coordinator when on vacation, etc.
  • Learn and utilize Salesforce.com to manage literature and samples requests.
  • Learn and utilize Oracle system to check inventory and place material requests.

 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year experience in a manufacturing environment or related work; or equivalent combination of education and experience
