We specialize in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Our mission is to connect with each client and their families, creating personalized paths to progress and success.

 

This position works in-person part or full-time, working up to 40 hours per week. Hours of operation include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45am -3:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8:45am-6:30pm.

 

Starting compensation for this position is $17.00 to $21.00 per hour. Staff are required to pass a background check before hire.

Position Summary: As an RBT at Applied Behavior Connections, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvements. Your daily tasks will include one-on-one therapy sessions, data collection, and active participation in team meetings to discuss and adjust therapy strategies.

 

Essential Functions

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, using this information to support the ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families to ensure the consistent application of behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
  • Foster a supportive and positive environment for clients, encouraging their engagement and progress in therapy sessions.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding behavioral health ethical and professional standards.
  • Be 18 years of age
  • A passion for working with individuals with developmental disorders.
  • Previous experience or education in this area is a plus!
