Seaman Corporation is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial team! This position will report to the Strategic Market Manager in Wooster.

 

POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, the Market Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to inform strategic decisions, optimize lead generation, and uncover unmet market needs. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring our products and services align with market demands.

 

 

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and monitor the activity of various projects and key strategic activities through the project lifecycle-types of projects and activities include (but are not limited to): process optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, and business analysis
  • Develops, implements, and maintains sources of project information, and communicates and distributes appropriate information to team
  • Coordinates project tracking and reporting to both active team members, management, and senior leadership
  • Serves as advocate and change agent to implement recommended solutions with all impacted business operations
  • Provides excellent service and builds strategic client partnerships based on knowledge of their needs and by exceeding mutual expectations
  • Develops solutions and provide counsel to ensure effective decisions are reached by employing timely, rigorous, and logical analysis
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external groups to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field with 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
