Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a company located in Winesburg, OH. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry Level Laborer. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for processing silicone and natural rubber latex tubing, including cutting, inspecting, coiling, and boxing. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and instructions. You will work in a clean working environment due to medical component manufacturing, with minimal contact with hazardous materials and machinery.
Laborer Shift & Hours:
- 3rd – 9:30p-6am
- Some Overtime
Laborer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process latex tubing in a timely manner.
- Follow directions and instructions provided by the supervisor.
- Identify sizes and colors of tubing accurately.
- Fill out daily production tags with attention to detail.
- Use scissors for cutting, requiring manual dexterity.
- Perform pushing, lifting, standing, and walking tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Laborer Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.Â
Laborer Pay & Benefits:Â
- $15.25/hrÂ
- Yearly attendance bonus of $1,250.
