Hours: 6 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (FT- 36 hours)
Days: FT -3 nights per week
The Wayne County Care Center is currently accepting applications for the position of LPN for the County’s 50 bed skilled/ intermediate nursing facility.
Responsibilities of the RN OR LPN:
- Provide professional nursing care to the residents
- Direct and assist the day to day functions of the nursing assistants
- Keep the facility staff in compliance with licensure regulations
- Ensure charting/ documentation is completed in a timely and complete manner
- Communicate with all departments in order to provide quality service
- Ensure that staff are mentored to provide constant, quality resident care
Job Requirements
Requirements of RN OR LPN:
- Valid LPN license
- Experience in Point Click Care and long term care preferred
- Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service and excellence in senior care
- Ability to be a responsible and dependable team member who can take direction well
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
