POSITION SUMMARY: The Clean Room Operator position will be responsible for set up, operation, trouble shooting, paperwork, audits and wash downs for all equipment for the area.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Clean, prepare, and assemble product.
  • Operate equipment.
  • Inspect and track parts and processes during production.
  • Ensure quality of final product.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
  • Report defective material or questionable condition to the department supervisor.
  • Contribute and adhere to safety and quality.
  • Communicate status of operation in a timely manner to management including any safety and/or process problems

 

Job Requirements

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Machine Operator experience required
  • Basic knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, and good time management
  • Good communications and basic computer skills

  • Employees will be required to walk, kneel, sit and stand long periods of time up to 8-12 hours at a time.

  • Hand-eye coordination is required to properly complete job.
  • Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as cold/wet temperatures, and/or loud noises.

 

Wage:  $16.71 - $21.21/ hour

 

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus • Attendance Bonus • Scheduled Rate Increases in January 2026

Details:  Monday through Friday, 5am, 6am or 8am start time 10-hour shifts and end times fluctuate. Saturday/Sunday OT can be voluntary, or mandatory based on department/ production needs
