Job Requirements

The job requires shop experience including the setup and operation of CNC Machining centers with Haas and Okuma machines, creating and editing CNC programs and proficiency with G & M codes.

• Verifies the quality of fixture/tooling details machined/modified.
• Assembles fixtures (Hydraulic/Manual Clamping) per prints/CAD data provided by the Engineering Department.
• Works closely with the supervisors, operators and engineering, to provide solutions to challenges.
• Change-over machines as required per schedule.
• Setup machines as required.
• Machining of product troubleshooting as required.
• Support operators for machining or dimensional issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned
