Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance to customers in need. This role requires strong driving skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and care. Competitive salary, based on experience. Will train!

 

Duties

  • Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
  • Perform vehicle recovery and towing services in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during roadside assistance calls.
  • Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle information and service details.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and perform routine maintenance checks on the tow truck.
  • Drive safely in various weather conditions and navigate through traffic while adhering to all road safety regulations.
  • Must learn Towbook and Field Service

 

Job Requirements

Valid drivers license; must have a clean driving record.

  • Experience operating tow trucks, particularly flatbed models, is highly desirable
  • Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
