Job Requirements

Use knives and other hand tools to perform cutting, trimming, hanging & deboning of poultry; cut, trim, bone chicken carcasses and parts in conveyor production line; expected speed up to 40 birds per minute; package chicken parts and whole carcasses for marketing; assist with product cooler storage to ensure meat quality. Refrigerated, wet and noisy work environment. Able to handle 10 lbs. or occasionally up to 40-70 lbs and ability to work with heavy machinery. Drug screening and physical assessment to stand stationary long time, repetitive hand motion required after job offer and before orientation. Age 18 and above. M-F; FT; if needed, must be willing to work up to 10-hour workday and/or 1-2 weekends; OT pay. Felony conviction history is asked on the company job application form, although such conviction is not necessarily a bar to employment as the company participates in the DOL's WOTC program. E-verify system used to check employment eligibility.

Details: Full time. First Shift. Monday through Friday. $33,852.00/year.
