Position:          Maintenance/Custodial Coordinator – Full Time

 

Wage:             $22.00 per hour — $26.00 per hour

 

Shift:                1st

 

Work Days:      Monday through Friday – on call on weekends

Job Requirements

Ability to prioritize tasks, access facilities, perform minor repairs, lead and delegate duties to provide comprehensive support, preventative maintenance, compliance standards and cleanliness of our Catholic Church, school, buildings, campus and cemetery. Our expansive campus and environment demand the ability to flex priorities which require daily communications with the Director of Operations, School Principal and Pastor. It is a full time position. It is an on call position. Depending on prior work experience, knowledge, ability and demonstrated leadership, the pay range is $22 to $26 per hour. additional benefits are available for discussion. Background and drug tests are required. Due to interaction with students, Virtus training is also required.
