• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, (Cell phones)
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Follow grease procedures
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Have a Clean truck

What does winning look like:  Provides exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive feedback on deliveries.

What does it take:

• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Be ready to pour when our customers are ready (chutes, slump, no cell phones)
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, be on time for work
• Communicate any special Instruction to dispatch/QC (Back in, Drive in, other job concerns/ feedback)

 

3. Proficiency in Job Skills – Every Minute Counts, Be A Problem Solver

What does winning look like: Demonstrates expertise in operating the concrete truck efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What does it take:

• Operate the truck following all operational guidelines. (comfortable with all controls)
• Maintain knowledge of concrete mixing and delivery techniques.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues independently.
• Truck Manual override and Tablet skills (status, ticket Info, Paychex calendar)

4. Be One Team
