HVAC technician:  Schar Heating & Cooling is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, want to provide customers with a great experience, and value personal integrity. Is that you? Well, we are a “go to” installer for new construction, commercial and residential replacement of gas, heat pumps, boilers and geothermal units. This role is to maintain and repair HVAC equipment. This requires frequent interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
